The Kinesys Apex Drive v1 is a variable-speed drive developed for the Kinesys Apex hoist range, providing precise and reliable control for automated lifting in professional entertainment environments.

Designed as part of the Apex ecosystem, the drive combines motion control, safety communication and power distribution in one compact unit. It supports the high level of safety and repeatability required for touring, arena and live production applications, while remaining flexible enough to be rigged either in the truss or positioned on the deck. Kinesys describes the Apex platform as offering SIL3 safety, zero-speed hover and real-time data logging for demanding automation applications.
