Kinesys DigiHoist
Fixed-speed control. Built for bigger systems.
The Kinesys DigiHoist is a fixed-speed digital control system for chain hoists, designed for touring, live production and larger multi-hoist setups where reliable feedback and group safety are essential.
Each unit provides 8 channels of control, and up to 12 units can be linked together for a total of 96 channels. The digital link automatically assigns channels according to the position of each unit in the chain, helping keep larger systems organised and faster to deploy.
DigiHoist combines hoist control with load and position feedback, limit monitoring and group halt functionality. Local controls on the front panel make setup and testing straightforward, while DigiHandset compatibility gives technicians the option of operating the system remotely during rigging and commissioning.

-
Each DigiHoist controls up to 8 chain hoists, with local Up/Down operation and individual channel feedback directly from the unit.
-
Link up to 12 DigiHoist units in one chain for a system of up to 96 channels, with automatic channel addressing simplifying larger setups.
-
Supports load and position feedback, limit monitoring and hoist presence detection, giving operators a clearer overview of what is happening across the rig. Some functions depend on the selected DigiHoist configuration.
-
The digital system includes SIL2 emergency-stop communication, self-healing E-stop connections and group halt functionality, helping multiple connected hoists respond together if a fault is detected.
