M:R500

The M:R500 is a compact revolving stage built for touring productions where smooth, quiet and precise movement is key.

With a diameter of just under 5 metres and a total load capacity of 1,960 kg, it provides a versatile rotating platform for performers, scenic elements and equipment. Its low build height makes it easy to integrate into stage designs, while the modular construction keeps assembly and transport efficient from venue to venue.

The M:R500 is especially suited for theatre, musicals, live productions and other applications where reliable and repeatable movement is essential.

Power and fibre data can be provided directly through the centre of the stage, and the revolve can be integrated with both Kinesys and MOVEKET control systems.

  • With a disc diameter of 4,997 mm and a build height of only 200 mm without flooring, the M:R500 combines a substantial rotating surface with a low-profile construction.

  • The M:R500 supports 100 kg/m², with a total disc load capacity of up to 1,960 kg, making it suitable for performers, scenery and technical equipment.

  • Powered by a 0.75 kW drive unit, the revolve reaches up to 1.95 rpm / 0.51 m/s for smooth, controlled and repeatable rotation. The motor is positioned inside the frame for a compact overall design.

  • Up to 63A three-phase power and fibre optic data can be provided in the centre of the stage, allowing equipment on the rotating platform to remain powered and connected during movement.

  • The modular construction is developed for efficient touring and packs onto one touring cart, making transport, handling and assembly between venues straightforward.

  • The M:R500 can be operated using Kinesys Elevation 1+ or MOVEKET V-Motion, allowing precise and repeatable movement as part of a wider automation setup. The system requires 32A three-phase power.
